The big villa (180-square-meter), hidden between vineyards and olive trees, provides a tranquil and scenic location. The house has been built for maximum comfort while remaining true to Sicilian culture, with ancient, exposed stone walls and a new roof and floor in the spirit of local customs. The spacious terrace with views of the swimming pool, the sea, and the countryside is surrounded by dry stone walls in the Ragusa style and is ideal for dining and living outdoors.

There are three large bedrooms in the house, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. A comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen give inside comfort, while the living area next to the kitchen has direct access to the veranda. Every room in the house has an air conditioner, Wi-Fi Internet access, and a television. This area blends style, comfort, and contemporary for your enjoyment.

The villa has three separate floors. On the ground floor of the main section of the villa, there are an open-plan living room and kitchen, with five steps between the two, and a large furnished terrace. With a separate entrance next to the main building, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a panoramic sea view and lawn access. On the lower floor of the main building, there is a further double bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor area with comfortable chairs.

There are three bathrooms on the ground floor in total.

The solid, imposing stone walls are typical of the farmhouse-style architecture of western Sicily, and large and stylishly furnished terraces ensure that you can relax in the garden at any time.

The villa comfortably accommodates 25 people in 8 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, split between the main building and three annexes. Even at maximum occupancy, guests will still be able to enjoy plenty of privacy.

Villa Aida is made up of three separate buildings. The main villa is set on two floors: the ground floor has a bright and tastefully furnished living room, a modern, spacious kitchen with all mod cons, a dining room with a magnificent wooden table, and a guest bathroom. On the first floor, which can be accessed via two separate staircases, there are five double bedrooms (one with an additional double bed), each with their own private bathroom.
