A path leads from the residence’s garden to a furnished pagoda overlooking the crystal-clear sea, where you can spend pleasant days on the sandy beach just a few meters away. The pagoda has a small fridge and an outdoor shower for maximum comfort.

The outdoor spaces are cosy and inviting, with comfortable upholstered sofas that invite absolute relaxation and enjoyment of the landscape. You can spend convivial moments on the two beautiful covered terraces and prepare tasty barbecues on the stone grill, accompanied by the sea breeze and the scents of the lush reserve. The outdoor shower will offer a pleasant feeling of freshness to relax after a day in the sun.

Inside the cottage, a spacious and harmonious living room with a dining area provides a breathtaking panoramic view, giving the feeling of facing a natural work of art. The well-equipped and beautifully furnished kitchen overlooks the living room and the outdoor patio (with a dining table), a perfect place to enjoy meals in the fresh air.

The cottage has three double bedrooms (one can be converted into a twin), all with mosquito nets on the windows for peaceful sleep and two full bathrooms.

You may also encounter a sweet and harmless donkey along the path that leads from the cottage to the beach, a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

The cottage is located in the enchanting Menfi area, renowned for producing high-quality wines. You can visit some of the wineries in the area for a tour and tasting of fine local wines. Moreover, the location on the coast offers the opportunity to discover one of the most unspoiled and beautiful beaches in Sicily, Le Solette, with its crystal-clear sea, and the archaeological site of Selinunte, the largest in Europe with its imposing Greek temples.

On foot, walking along the beach (about half an hour), you can even reach Marinella di Selinunte to enjoy the view of the temples from the beach and try some delicious restaurants.

Finally, please note that the nature reserve is a park with wild animals, docile donkeys, cats, other free animals, and horses in a fenced area and an aviary on the property’s border. To respect nature and animals, we kindly ask you to close the gates that isolate the villa’s spaces permanently.

Its spacious and welcoming rooms are all on one level. The main house can accommodate up to 4 people, and in addition, there is a separate unit that can host another 2 people. A covered terrace, tastefully furnished, overlooks the swimming pool. The pool itself borders a picturesque pond adorned with papyrus and bamboo plants.

The surrounding land is enriched with a lush garden featuring lawns and palm trees, embracing the entire property. Please pay particular attention to children, as the park is extensive and the pond area might present some hazards. For this reason, the owner kindly requests that guests do not bring children under 12 years of age to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
