Outdoor living and family comfort

The covered terrace (pergola) includes an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, perfect for meals al fresco or relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool area, accessible via a short path from the terrace, features elegant sun loungers, a breakfast table, a hammock, and an outdoor shower.

Behind the pool, there is a children’s playground and a small football pitch, designed for family stays and outdoor fun. Parents can unwind while children play safely nearby.

Spacious layout and private suites

From the terrace, guests enter a bright living room with kitchen and dining area. On this level there are two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

A staircase leads to the lower floor, which hosts four spacious double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and TV. This level has direct access to the pool and barbecue area.

An external staircase leads to an independent suite with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and a private terrace — ideal for enjoying the vivid marine colors in complete privacy.

There is also one twin bedroom (convertible into a double) with a high window. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Close to the beach and local life

The beach of San Vito Lo Capo can be reached in just 1 minute by car or 5 minutes on foot. The town is lively all year round and famous for the Cous Cous Fest, celebrating Mediterranean cuisine and cultural exchange. Restaurants, beach clubs, and shops are close at hand.

Villa Knoll is a beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with large trees guaranteeing privacy and shade; one may relax while enjoying a good book or listening to the stillness of the air and the sounds of nature; these grounds are perfect for refreshing both body and soul.

 The garden leads to the salt-water infinity pool, from where you can enjoy the open space and the feeling of freedom that it gives thanks to the spectacular view from the hills to the sapphire-blue sea.

From the covered veranda, you access the living room area, tastefully furnished with comfortable couches, a fireplace, air conditioning and a dining table. Next to this room you will find a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen also gives direct access to the veranda, which has a table and chairs.

Opposite the veranda there is a barbeque area. Next to the terrace, among the olive trees, there is a hammock – a sliver of paradise where one may rest or read a book.
