The villa is on two floors and accommodates up to 12 guests. It fits well into the surroundings, following the slope that goes down to the coast. Villa Ladybird can count on a large and elegant Mediterranean-style garden with private saltwater pool with infinity edge, and a modern minimal design enhanced by luxury finishings.

The outdoor area includes the wide garden, seamlessly surrounded by the nearby vineyards, 2 panoramic terraces completely furnished to serve as dining areas, a veranda with dining area and BBQ, plus private parking spots.

The pool features hydromassage (and comes equipped with auto-cleaning robot), and a solarium area furnished with sun loungers, bean-bag chairs and parasols. From the garden you can enjoy a striking panorama, especially at dusk, but the view from inside the house is no less enchanting, thanks to the large glass windows.

The interior design matches the elegance and minimalism of the architectural style, featuring a light decor and a high care for details. On the first floor you will find one of the bedrooms, a double with A/C and flat TV, plus a bathroom featuring hydromassage shower. From the room you will also access the panoramic terrace overlooking the garden and the coast.

On the lower ground floor you will find the living area with flat TV/Netflix, featuring with a panoramic living room with dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.  At the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, all provided with bathrooms en suite, air conditioners and flat TV.  Two of the bedrooms feature also single sofa-beds for extra guests.

The refined salt pool, with the beautiful lawn where one can enjoy the Sicilian sun, is located in the beautiful Italian garden, with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, and then the elegant staircase leading to the small balcony, with splendid majolica tiles, from which one enters the living room.

The living room is the pivot around which the other rooms revolve – a hallmark of the prestigious Sicilian residences of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, it is a finely furnished space, with period furniture, very airy, thanks to the high barrel vault, and with a lovely view of the outside, towards the blue sky.

On the first floor, there are two elegant double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a delightful little balcony where you can perhaps enjoy an inviting morning breakfast, a shared bathroom, and, finally, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a small veranda overlooking the garden.

The magnificent Stagnone Lagoon, a nature reserve, is only a few minutes away, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or take advantage of one of the many bars/restaurants for an aperitif with a view of the Egadi Islands, the enchanting salt pans of Marsala, or the precious Phoenician island of Mothia.

The estate is situated in the North Western area of the island, near the town of Marsala, and is in a perfect spot, right in front of the beach.

Once you get through the gate you’ll find yourself in a beautiful garden. It’s shaded by palms and trees and enclosed all round by a fence. It’s ideal both for your own privacy and for young children as they can wander safely around the garden.

Walking across the garden you’ll get to the swimming pool. It is elegant and large and comes both with a steps from which to descend slowly into the water. Around the pool it is well furnished with sunbeds and armchairs and right next to it there’s a big patio with a dining table and a table tennis facility. In this corner of the garden you can relax and play, have dinner on a typical warm Sicilian night or throw a BBQ party using the brick barbecue nearby.

The house itself is divided into a main building and a small annex. The renovation of the interior has been a visible success with a modern design and decent light coming from both the French windows and the many windows overlooking the garden. The built-in kitchen is stylish and fully equipped. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms (with a bathroom and shower). There’s an additional double bedroom (with bathroom and shower) over in the annex.

All the bedrooms have their own air conditioning system. The house has Internet WiFi as well as Satellite-TV. Outdoors, there are two showers and a parking area for two or three cars right next to the gate. Villa Lory is pet friendly.
