The big villa (180-square-meter), hidden between vineyards and olive trees, provides a tranquil and scenic location. The house has been built for maximum comfort while remaining true to Sicilian culture, with ancient, exposed stone walls and a new roof and floor in the spirit of local customs. The spacious terrace with views of the swimming pool, the sea, and the countryside is surrounded by dry stone walls in the Ragusa style and is ideal for dining and living outdoors.

There are three large bedrooms in the house, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. A comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen give inside comfort, while the living area next to the kitchen has direct access to the veranda.
