Our workshop in villa invites guests to immerse themselves in the world of traditional art and craftsmanship through clay modeling and ceramic decoration. This hands-on experience is not just an activity, but a journey into the rich heritage of ceramic arts. Under the guidance of our seasoned ceramists, participants will be introduced to the fundamental techniques that have been passed down through generations. They will learn how to shape, mold, and decorate clay, transforming it into beautiful ceramic pieces. The workshop spans half a day, a perfect duration to delve into the art without feeling rushed. It’s an opportunity for guests to not only learn a new skill but also to connect with the local culture and history associated with ceramic art. Each participant will have the chance to experiment with various techniques, encouraged by our expert instructors. Private Etna Jeep Ride with Wine Tasting and Lunch at local Winery or Rustic Restaurant

Meet the off-road’s driver and transfer to Etna Volcano.

You will enjoy a lovely Jeep experience through Etna area: the Corruccio Cave, lava flow from 2002 eruption.

It will be operated an hiking experience at the Sartorius Mountains area: this part will be adapted to the different
customers will take the tour. Traveling through one of the wine roads of Sicily and crossing large
expanses of vineyards (Etna D.O.C.), we will stop at a local winery, to enjoy a wine tasting and
have lunch, tasting the genuine food of this area (or Rustic Restaurant if you prefer). In the afternoon
get back driving through the Alcantara Valley a unique canyon comprised of basaltic lava (the
“Alcantara Gorges”) and shaped by the waters of the Alcantara river.

The Alcantara’s vertical cliffs reach 30 meters in height and its structures have been forged by high intensity geological and geothermal events. In prehistoric times, a river flowed here over clay sediments until a massive
volcanic eruption channeled magma into the river bed forming the current canyons.

Salt designer: create your jewel in salt paste, sitting in front of one of the most beautiful views, the lagoon of the Stagnone where the production and harvesting of salt takes place.
The perfect place where, with the help of Giorgia and her delicious mother, two nice Marsalesi DOC, you can learn how to work the salt paste, creating a beautiful jewel with your hands that will remind you, looking at it, your Sicilian holiday.
While the jewel in salt paste will have to be left to dry, take the time to relax and enjoy a good Sicilian aperitif watching the lagoon, the windmills and the wonderful colours of the landscape.

Located in the heart of Marsala, the Florio Winery invites you to discover its historic cellars and enjoy curated tastings paired with delicious gastronomic specialties.

1. CLASSIC TOUR € 30 p.p.

This tour includes a guided visit to the historic Florio Cellars, followed by a tasting of three wines from the New Geography Classic line: Vino Florio, Marsala Vergine Riserva, and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco. Each wine is paired with a small, expertly crafted culinary treat, offering a delightful introduction to the world of Marsala wines. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and is available in Italian, English, or Spanish.

2. PREMIUM TOUR FLORIO € 35 p.p.

A step above the Classic Tour, the Premium Tour enhances the experience with a tasting of wines from the New Geography Premium line. Guests will enjoy Vino Florio, Marsala Vergine Riserva, and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco, all paired with three gourmet food pairings. This tour also includes a guided walk through the Florio Cellars, providing a deeper look into the winemaking process. It lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes and is offered in Italian, English, or Spanish.

3. MASTERCLASS MARSALA FLORIO € 40 p.p.

For those who want a more in-depth exploration, the Masterclass offers a comprehensive tasting of five wines, including both Classic and Premium varieties of Marsala Vergine Riserva and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco. Each wine is complemented by a specially selected gourmet pairing. This seated experience is preceded by a detailed tour of the Florio Cellars and lasts 2 hours. Due to the nature of the experience, it is only available to adults.

4. FLORIO FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE € 45 p.p.

A perfect combination of wine and gastronomy, this tour includes a guided visit to the cellars and a seated tasting of four wines: Vino Florio, Marsala Vergine Riserva, Marsala Superiore Secco, and Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco. These are paired with four hearty Sicilian dishes, such as smoked fish croissant, Sicilian-style “cunzato” bread, a slice of pizza rianata, and a ricotta-filled dessert. The experience lasts 2 hours and is available from April to October for individuals, or year-round for groups.
