The villa is on two floors and accommodates up to 12 guests. It fits well into the surroundings, following the slope that goes down to the coast. Villa Ladybird can count on a large and elegant Mediterranean-style garden with private saltwater pool with infinity edge, and a modern minimal design enhanced by luxury finishings.

The outdoor area includes the wide garden, seamlessly surrounded by the nearby vineyards, 2 panoramic terraces completely furnished to serve as dining areas, a veranda with dining area and BBQ, plus private parking spots.

The pool features hydromassage (and comes equipped with auto-cleaning robot), and a solarium area furnished with sun loungers, bean-bag chairs and parasols. From the garden you can enjoy a striking panorama, especially at dusk, but the view from inside the house is no less enchanting, thanks to the large glass windows.

The interior design matches the elegance and minimalism of the architectural style, featuring a light decor and a high care for details. On the first floor you will find one of the bedrooms, a double with A/C and flat TV, plus a bathroom featuring hydromassage shower. From the room you will also access the panoramic terrace overlooking the garden and the coast.

Its setting is an oasis of absolute calm. Villa Sciara is spread over three elevations. The heart of the residence is the first floor: the living room is very bright and elegant in its minimalist style, the modern, luxurious kitchen preserves the Sicilian construction tradition of the wood-burning cooker and the very pretty oven. Along the corridor there is a cosy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a twin bedroom, which can be converted into a double, and which also has a bathroom with shower and a WC. Essential and harmonious furnishings, soft colours that blend well with the antique, typically Sicilian floors and the white walls. The loft is refined in its simplicity and elegance: a double bedroom en-suite with a bathroom with shower.

Sciara offers plenty of space to relax and simply enjoy being together. The elegantly furnished terraces look out over a living scented garden and a spectacular landscape.

The villa is located in the Etna National Park, with its rich, fertile soil and vineyards, olive groves, fruit and nut orchards and forests of oak, larch and chestnut trees. For nature lovers, a series of gentle paths that ascend the volcano are just minutes from the villa. Be prepared to be amazed too by other local Sicilian treasures, including Taormina, Catania, Syracuse and the splendid Ionian coast.

Villa Sea Breeze is one of the few villas in San Vito Lo Capo with a private swimming pool, just a five-minute walk from the sandy beach and turquoise sea. The property enjoys a pleasant view over the surrounding landscape and Mediterranean light, creating a peaceful and exclusive retreat in western Sicily.
